Unexpected challenges but warm staff
Woke up to a splendid view and convenient transport options. The staff responded quickly to our requests, definitely making our stay more enjoyable.
However, we faced some room cleanliness issues. the shower drainage was poor and the curtains needed a good wash. Breakfast was also served cold.

We really enjoyed the early check-in and the eco-friendly water bottle in our room, which made us feel good about reducing plastic use. It was nice to have access to a quiet space on the fifth floor with free coffee, and we appreciated the easy laundry facilities. The only downside was waiting a bit for our room to be ready, but everything else was great! 😊

We had a fantastic time exploring Hong Kong, especially loved the cultural village at Ngong Ping with the giant Buddha. The hotel was a great base, especially with the girls enjoying the complimentary smartphone for easy navigation around the city.
My kids wished the room had more space for playing.

missingWrote a review on Feb 05dirty environmentunfriendly staff
I was utterly appalled by the service at this hotel. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, making my arrival at midnight a nightmare. The rooms were filthy and smelled terrible, and I had to endure a cold breakfast sitting in the lobby without any microwave to reheat it. To make matters worse, the room was untidy and turned my stay into a regrettable experience. I can’t believe it was classified as a hotel when it felt more like a hostel with false advertising.
